Private Events at The Paint Mixer

The perfect way to mix it up and celebrate! Book your next private or semi-private birthday party, bridal or baby shower.

  • Private parties – enjoy the privacy of the studio for your group
  • Semi-private – you and your guests are seated at tables within a group event.
  • You choose the painting.
  • There is a 20 painter minimum for private daytime events and a 25 person minimum for private evening events on Friday nights and all day Saturday.
  • Private Events may be catered by a caterer of your choice or please ask us for our list of preferred caterers. Catering Setup Fee shall apply.
  • The cost includes instruction and use of all materials including 16×20 canvas, paint, paint brushes, palette and apron.
  • Complimentary wine instruction is provided at all public sessions. Private evens may bring in their own wine and a corkage fee will apply.

  • Our 2 hours painitng party includes step-by-step instruction and all materials (canvas, paint, brushes, easel, apron).
  • Additional time to open gifts and eat some cake.
  • Let us bring the party to you at a venue of your choice.
  • We offer flexible times and dates. Book early, space fills up fast!  Call us for details.

 

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of any private party must be  done by email info@thepaintmixer.com at least 7 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 7 days will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
